Rob has been playing keyboards since the age of 5 and is a very experienced and highly respected musician.
In his early years, Rob appeared in an ITV production called "Star Musical".
In the late 1970s, he worked on the concept album Magicians of England. The early '80s saw Rob doing the university circuit with Perfect Blonds who came on as support band to Q Tips and Talk Talk. A bit later during the '80s, Rob did the keyboards for Iron Heart's 12"
single-- "Running Away".
Next came the rock band Burma--which incidentally involved Ian Foster on drums and Steve Annetts very briefly on vocals. Burma gigged intensively and recorded a lot of material that sadly, never got released.
A few other projects that Rob was involved with included
The Duvets and Silent Cry. Equally, he could be found in a local pub jamming with the reknown Garry Moore and Eric Bell on several occasions.
Rob became involved with Dangerous Age in the early 1990s and has been with the band to this day.
Such is Rob's talent, he is frequently being asked to play on other people's recordings such as those by Catscratch and Moonfish.
